Sranan Folktales (2016-2019)
Our journey began with Sranan Folktales, a film series launched in 2016 that explores Surinamese folklore, traditional beliefs, and supernatural tales. The series laid the foundation for future productions, including Asema and Fort Buku.

Asema (2023)
With Asema, our work gained international recognition. The film received the Netherlands Film Fund Wildcard and won several awards at international film festivals, demonstrating the potential of Surinamese folklore to connect with audiences beyond its borders.

Fort Buku (2025)
Our journey continued with Fort Buku, a youth adventure film following three friends searching for the legendary refuge of the Boni freedom fighters. Blending Surinamese history, folklore, adventure, and fantasy, the film has been selected for numerous international film festivals and received several awards.
